Min/ Max Thermometer with calibration certificate

This minimum/ maximum thermometer attaches to the exterior of the unit and measures the internal temperature via a probe. The triple display simultaneously shows the high, low and current temperature. Alarm feature alerts if temperature rises above or falls below a set point.
