The alcoholmeter is fully automatic making it very simple to use. The fuel cell sensor is specific to alcohol making the readings unaffected by other possible breath contaminants.

The alcoholmeter is ready to use within 15 seconds of being switched on, results are displayed within 5 - 30 seconds and are then available on a large illuminated display.
