The MAX-200 is equipped with Colour Corrected Plan Optical System (CCPS) to satisfy the laboratory professional.  CCPS has corrected chromatic aberration on the traditional optical system, providing a significant development in optical performance and reliability.  It is the first choice of professionals.

Each Vision microscope is equiped with precision DIN* optics (*Deutsche Industrie Normen, a recognised universal industry standard for microscope objectives).

PL10X eyepiece compared with WF10X eyepiece:

• You don't need to take off your glasses to view with PL10X
• Greater wide field image: PL10X, ø22mm; WF10X ø22mm
• Clearer: PL10 of lens distortion is 4%. Regular WF10X is 5.5%.

Why a swing out condenser? - the best aperture for lower power objectives (4X and 10X) is 0.22 and the best aperture for 40X and 100X is 1.20. The swing out condenser is designed to fill both needs.
