Woodley Equipment has an in-house technical and service department staffed with Biomedical Scientists and Service Engineers, who work together with our support staff to monitor, organise and conduct the service, calibration and repair of your laboratory equipment and provide technical support.

All Woodley account managers are trained to deal with 1st line technical support queries. Any unresolved issues are dealt with directly by the technical support team before equipment is sent to our service department.
Woodley Equipment recommends that your equipment is covered by a service agreement so that it is regularly serviced to maintain performance, precision, accuracy and efficiency. Our competitive prices include shipping and handling, extensive functionality tests, safety checks and final calibration. On completion, you will receive a full performance verification report and calibration certificate. However, should anything other than serviceable parts be required, you will be contacted with a full quotation sent to you for agreement prior to any work being carried out.
Occasionally equipment does fail and Woodley Equipment is here to support you when it does. Simply contact us and take advantage of our “Return to Base” Express Service. We can arrange to send you out a loan instrument the same day* and arrange collection of your broken device. An assessment will be conducted on receipt of your equipment. We will contact you and provide a full quotation for agreement prior to any work being carried out. We can repair most laboratory devices and keep a large stock of spare parts from leading manufacturers to speed up the repair process.
