Woodley Equipment Company Ltd was established in October 1989 and now operates from two offices and warehouse premises in the North West of England, an additional office in the South East of England and new office and warehouse premises have also just been opened in Boston, USA. There are five divisions to the company – Woodley Clinical Trials which specialise in medical equipment rental to the clinical trials industry; Woodley Laboratory Diagnostics which supply EMEA medical equipment distributors with point of care haematology systems, fluorescence microscopy solutions, centrifuges, microscopes and clinical chemistry systems; Woodley Veterinary Diagnostics which supply a portfolio of products to veterinary equipment distributors worldwide; Woodley UK Veterinary which supply veterinary equipment direct to UK veterinary practices and the Quantum Veterinary Diagnostics division which specialises in Wet Chemistry solutions direct to UK veterinary practices.
