SERVICE AND REPAIR

Servicing:

Woodley recommends that your equipment be serviced regularly to maintain performance and efficiency.

The service cost includes serviceable parts. However should anything other than serviceable parts be required an estimate will be faxed to you for agreement prior to any work being carried out.

Repairs:

An estimate will be faxed to you for your agreement before any repair work is carried out, other than that needed to find the fault.

In either case, if you do not authorise the repair, a standard charge will be made, plus cost of a loan instrument (if supplied) and carriage will be incurred. For price details please contact us on 01204 669033.

Loan Instruments:

A loan instrument can be supplied at a nominal cost (subject to availability).

Carriage Charge:

A carriage charge will be made each way for each instrument (which includes insurance). If a loan instrument is required an additional charge will be made for carriage.

Under Warranty:

In the unlikely event of there being a problem with the equipment supplied by Woodley, we will send you a loan instrument and arrange for your instrument to be collected and brought back to us for repair or replacement completely free of charge.
